Concord - Final Specification

As Hurley Engineering accumulated NSU Rotary Engines, they decided to build the rotary engined dragbike, named Concord. Initially getting through 2-3 engines per weekend, they soon learnt how to make the rotary engine more reliable and in the end were getting 400BHP at 11,000 RPM and winning races! Their best time was in 1982, 8.2 at 164MPH. The last run was in 1986 when they crashed at 156MPH (fortunately no bones broken though!)
